TRUSTEE IN TRAINING MEMBERSHIP
$50 PER MONTH
The Trustee in Training Membership is the ongoing student membership of BulletProof Solutions and KOHTMS for individuals actively pursuing their education and developing the knowledge, discipline, habits, and practical skills required for competent private trust estate administration.
This membership provides the continuing educational environment surrounding your individual courses.
Your courses provide the structured curriculum.
Trustee in Training provides the ongoing student access, resources, tools, support, and administrative environment that allows you to continue working through that curriculum.
ACTIVE STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
Trustee in Training is required for active students of BulletProof Solutions and KOHTMS.
Students must maintain their Trustee in Training Membership in good standing in order to access courses in which they are enrolled and the associated student course materials.
Purchasing a course establishes enrollment in that course. Maintaining an active Trustee in Training Membership keeps the student’s learning environment and enrolled course access active.
This creates a continuing educational relationship rather than a one-time purchase followed by disconnected access to course materials.
MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES
• Continued access to courses in which the student is enrolled while membership remains in good standing
• Access to the Trustee in Training student and member resource area
• Full access to the BulletProof DIY Library
• Practical guides, worksheets, checklists, templates, administrative resources, field materials, and other member tools
• Ongoing Trustee in Training educational materials and administrative resources
• Practical resources related to private trust estate administration
• Trustee development materials focused on fiduciary responsibility, stewardship, recordkeeping, organization, communication, and administration
• Access to member-only educational materials and publications
• Practical forms, templates, worksheets, and administrative tools as they are released
• Continuing educational materials from BulletProof Solutions and KOHTMS
• Trustee in Training member benefits
• 10% member discount on eligible BulletProof Solutions courses and programs
• Access to new Trustee in Training resources as the membership library continues to expand
YOUR COURSES + YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Course enrollment and Trustee in Training Membership serve two different purposes within the BulletProof educational system.
COURSE ENROLLMENT determines which curriculum you have purchased and are authorized to study.
TRUSTEE IN TRAINING MEMBERSHIP maintains your active student status and provides continued access to your enrolled courses, student resources, the DIY Library, and the broader educational environment supporting your studies.
Therefore, purchasing Trustee in Training Membership does not automatically provide enrollment in every BulletProof Solutions or KOHTMS course.
Courses are purchased separately.
Likewise, students enrolled in courses must maintain their Trustee in Training Membership in good standing to maintain access to their enrolled course materials.
If membership becomes inactive, course enrollment is not necessarily erased; however, access to the student learning environment and enrolled course materials is suspended until the required membership is restored, subject to the applicable membership and course terms.
THE DIY LIBRARY
Trustee in Training members receive full access to the BulletProof DIY Library.
The DIY Library is being developed as a practical working library rather than simply another collection of articles.
It provides field-oriented resources designed to help students turn education into practical administration.
Resources may include:
• Field manuals
• Administrative guides
• Worksheets
• Checklists
• Forms and templates
• Document-analysis resources
• Matter-organization tools
• Recordkeeping resources
• Administrative procedures
• Research materials
• Practical reference materials
As new qualifying resources are developed, they may be added to the DIY Library and made available to active Trustee in Training members.
FROM INFORMATION TO ADMINISTRATION
The purpose of Trustee in Training is not simply to accumulate information.
It is to develop competent stewards.
Creating documents does not make someone a competent trustee.
Competence develops through education, practice, disciplined administration, recordkeeping, continued study, and experience.
Trustee in Training helps students continue developing the practical disciplines necessary to:
• Maintain organized administrative records
• Understand fiduciary relationships
• Recognize duties and responsibilities
• Identify the capacity in which they are acting
• Separate personal affairs from trust administration
• Analyze documents before responding to them
• Identify claims, obligations, interests, and relationships
• Ask disciplined questions rather than act upon assumptions
• Preserve a clear administrative record
• Communicate deliberately and appropriately
• Approach difficult matters methodically rather than reactively
• Continue developing the knowledge required for responsible stewardship
AN ONGOING STUDENT MEMBERSHIP
Trustee in Training is an ongoing membership rather than a single course.
Membership is $50 per month and continues until cancelled.
Active students must maintain the membership in good standing to retain access to their enrolled courses and associated student materials.
As BulletProof Solutions and KOHTMS continue developing educational resources, field manuals, administrative tools, templates, publications, and practical materials, qualifying resources may be incorporated into the Trustee in Training environment.
WHO THIS MEMBERSHIP IS FOR
Trustee in Training is designed for active BulletProof Solutions and KOHTMS students and individuals preparing to pursue their education within the school.
It is for those who understand that competent administration requires more than possessing paperwork, repeating theories, or completing a course.
It requires study.
It requires organization.
It requires records.
It requires disciplined inquiry.
It requires responsible administration.
It requires continuing education.
And above all, it requires stewardship.

$50 per month.
Courses are purchased separately.
An active Trustee in Training Membership is required to maintain student access to enrolled courses and associated course materials.
Membership continues until cancelled in accordance with the applicable membership and subscription terms.
If membership lapses or is cancelled, student access to enrolled course materials may be suspended until the required membership is restored.
Membership and course access are subject to the BulletProof Solutions Private Membership Association terms, applicable course requirements, membership policies, and student terms.
