BulletProof Clarity Sessions

Bring the Matter. Build the Clarity.

Free weekly guided gatherings where real questions and Matters are examined through disciplined inquiry, relationship mapping, fact separation, careful questioning, and responsible next-step analysis.

You do not need to know the answer before you come. You only need a willingness to slow the Matter down and examine it honestly.

Sundays at 6:00 PM Mountain Time Hosted Live on Telegram Free to Attend Observe or Participate
Clarity Before Action. Define the Matter. Identify the parties. Map the relationships. Separate facts from assumptions. Ask what must be established next.

Why Clarity Matters

Confusion Grows When Everything Is Treated as the Same Thing.

A difficult Matter often arrives as one tangled story containing facts, fears, assumptions, documents, relationships, claims, desired outcomes, and unanswered questions. When those elements remain mixed together, people react before they understand what is actually happening.

Clarity begins when the Matter is slowed down, separated into its parts, and examined in the proper order.

Separate facts from assumptions. Identify what is verified, what is inferred, what is disputed, and what remains unknown.
Identify the people and capacities involved. Determine who is acting, in what role, and in relation to whom or what.
Map the relationships and duties. Examine the claims, interests, authority, obligations, reliance, and conflicts connecting the parties.
Ask what must be established next. Replace premature conclusions with the next necessary question, fact, document, or decision.

Every Matter Begins With a Question. People do not come because they already know the answer. They come because they are prepared to examine the Matter honestly.

The Clarity Sessions are not debates, performances, or instant answer machines. They are guided examinations designed to help participants understand what the Matter is, what is known, what is missing, and what should be examined next.

A Disciplined Process, Not a Performance. The Matter is examined step by step so the presenter and the group can understand what is known, what is missing, and what should be examined next.

How It Works

Each Session Follows a Consistent Structure.

The facilitator guides the presenter and participants through the Matter in a deliberate order. The goal is not to rush toward an answer, but to improve the quality of the questions and the accuracy of the record.

1

Present the Matter

The presenter explains the situation in their own words, identifies the immediate concern, and states the outcome they believe they are seeking.

2

Define the Central Question

The group helps separate the actual Matter from the surrounding story, conclusions, emotions, and secondary disputes.

3

Identify the Parties and Capacities

We determine who is involved, what role each person or entity is claiming, and how those capacities affect the relationships.

4

Separate Facts From Assumptions

We identify what is documented, alleged, inferred, disputed, missing, or still dependent upon further verification.

5

Identify the Next Necessary Step

The session closes by identifying the next question, record, document, relationship, decision, or action that deserves examination.

You Remain Responsible for Your Decisions.

Clarity Sessions provide education, facilitated inquiry, and a structured examination process. They do not create professional representation, make decisions for participants, or guarantee a particular outcome.

The process is collaborative, but the responsibility remains personal. Participants leave with a clearer understanding of the Matter and a more disciplined basis for deciding what to examine or do next.

Matters We Examine

What Kind of Matters Can We Examine?

Clarity Sessions are not limited to one subject or one kind of dispute. The same disciplined process can be used whenever a person needs to separate the record, identify the relationships, test the claims, and determine what deserves attention next.

The subject may change. The need for clarity does not.

Trusts and Estates

Trust administration, fiduciary duties, probate, inheritance, beneficiaries, records, and estate relationships.

Family and Relationships

Family disputes, shared responsibilities, boundaries, agreements, communication, and unresolved expectations.

Property and Foreclosure

Ownership claims, possession, mortgages, foreclosure, repairs, accounting, access, and competing interests.

Business and Commerce

Business structures, agreements, obligations, partnerships, transactions, records, and commercial relationships.

Contracts and Agreements

Terms, performance, notice, breach, reliance, authority, capacity, expectations, and available remedies.

Credit and Financial Matters

Debt, credit reporting, collections, lending, accounting, financial obligations, and disputed transactions.

Government Interactions

Notices, agencies, administrative processes, authority claims, records, deadlines, procedure, and capacity.

Education and Stewardship

Personal decisions, ministry concerns, trust management, institutional questions, and Kingdom stewardship.

Different Matters. One Disciplined Process. Whatever the subject, the work begins by identifying the actual question, the people involved, the relationships, the record, and the next necessary point of examination.

You are not limited to the examples above. If a Matter can be slowed down, defined, documented, questioned, and examined through disciplined inquiry, it may be appropriate for a Clarity Session.

Participation Begins at Your Comfort Level. You may listen, ask questions, learn through the Matters of others, or bring a Matter of your own for examination.

Participate Your Way

Attend, Observe, or Present.

Clarity Sessions are structured so that people can participate at different levels. You are not required to speak, present a Matter, or already understand the process before attending.

A

Attend

Join the live session, listen to real Matters being examined, ask questions when appropriate, and begin learning the process through direct participation.

O

Observe

Watch how questions are developed, relationships are mapped, facts are separated from assumptions, and the Matter becomes clearer through disciplined inquiry.

P

Present

Bring a real Matter for possible examination and work with the facilitator and participants to define the question, organize the record, and identify what should be examined next.

No Pressure. No Performance.

The Clarity Sessions are not built around winning arguments or proving expertise. Every role contributes to a culture of careful listening, respectful questioning, learning, and responsible stewardship.

You do not have to present a Matter to benefit from the session. Listening to the questions asked of another Matter often reveals better questions, missing relationships, or assumptions within your own.

What We Ask of Participants

A productive Clarity Session depends upon mutual respect, honest inquiry, careful listening, and a willingness to distinguish what is known from what is merely believed or assumed.

Protect private information. Do not publicly disclose unnecessary sensitive identifiers or another person’s confidential information.
Question the Matter rather than attacking the person. The goal is greater understanding, not humiliation or argument.
Distinguish facts from conclusions. Be prepared to explain how you know what you claim to know.
Accept personal responsibility. The session supports inquiry but does not make decisions or take action for you.
