This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through BulletProofSolutions.org and related BulletProof Solutions membership, educational, commerce, communication, Matter intake, and administrative systems operated by or on behalf of the Association.

Depending upon how you interact with BulletProof Solutions, we may collect information that you provide directly as well as limited information generated through use of the website and associated systems.

- Account and membership information;

- Subscription and membership status;
- Appointment and scheduling information;
- Communications submitted to BulletProof Solutions;

Payment Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including payment services made available through WooCommerce.
BulletProof Solutions generally does not need to receive or retain complete payment-card numbers when a third-party payment processor handles the transaction. Payment providers may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Private Matters and Submitted Documents
Members may voluntarily submit documents, correspondence, facts, questions, or other information in connection with a Matter, Clarity Session, consultation, document analysis, educational exercise, or administrative service.
Members should provide only information reasonably necessary for the requested purpose and should remove unnecessary sensitive information before submission whenever reasonably possible.
Submitted Matters are administered within the applicable Association process and are not intended for public disclosure in identifying form unless permission has been granted or another lawful and applicable basis exists.

The website may use cookies and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember user preferences, operate shopping-cart and checkout functions, maintain account access, support security, measure website performance, and provide other necessary functionality.
