BulletProof Solutions strategy room focused on disciplined inquiry and relationship mapping

BulletProof Solutions

Let’s Make Sense
of Your Situation.

Teaching People How to Think Clearly Through Difficult Situations

Bring your legal, business, trust, probate, foreclosure, commercial, financial, administrative, family, Scripture, or Kingdom stewardship questions. We work through real situations together.

You do not need all the answers. You simply need a willingness to think.

Scroll to Explore

What If?

What if the greatest problem is not your situation…

…but that no one ever taught you how to think through it?

Wouldn’t it be nice…

to trust your own knowledge, education, and ability to think through and solve complex issues instead of always taking someone else’s word for it?

What would change…

if you understood the relationships, capacities, duties, claims, and assumptions before reacting to the situation?

Imagine…

recognizing unsupported conclusions before accepting them and knowing which questions must be answered before you act.

What if…

you became the person others came to because you had learned how to slow down, examine the matter, and think clearly?

We do not teach people what to think.
We teach people how to think.

BulletProof Solutions helps people ask better questions, separate facts from assumptions, identify relationships, examine claims, understand responsibilities, and make wiser decisions before taking action.

See the BulletProof Method

How We Think

The BulletProof Method

No shortcuts. No magic paperwork. No fear. Just disciplined inquiry, better questions, careful examination, and clarity before action.

1

Tell the Story

Put the events in order. Identify what happened, when it happened, who was involved, and what changed.

2

Separate Facts from Assumptions

Distinguish what is documented, witnessed, or established from what has merely been inferred, repeated, presumed, or accepted.

3

Identify the Relationships

Identify the parties, capacities, agreements, conduct, duties, interests, and events that connect them.

4

Examine the Claims

Determine who is claiming what, against whom, in what capacity, and under what asserted authority, evidence, agreement, or rule.

5

Understand Duties and Responsibilities

Identify the legal, contractual, fiduciary, ethical, administrative, or stewardship duties created by the relationships involved.

6

Identify What Is Missing

Determine what documents, facts, definitions, records, testimony, or answers are still needed before reaching a reliable conclusion.

7

Develop a Better Strategy

Use the clarity gained through the process to compare options, understand risks, preserve relationships, and choose a wiser path forward.

Better questions lead to better clarity.
Better clarity leads to better decisions.

Bring Your Situation to the Table

Weekly Live Clarity Sessions

Bring Your Situation to the Table.

Real questions. Real documents. Real situations. A disciplined conversation designed to bring greater clarity before action.

This is not a lecture.

It is an active strategy table where difficult matters are slowed down, mapped, questioned, and examined together.

What are you trying to make sense of?

Bring the situation that keeps circling in your mind, the documents you do not understand, the claim that does not add up, or the decision you are afraid to make without greater clarity.

Legal Matters Claims, procedure, jurisdiction, evidence, and relationships.
Trust and Estate Stewardship, administration, duties, interests, and structure.
Business and Commerce Agreements, obligations, strategy, risk, and administration.
Family and Probate Competing interests, conflict, timelines, property, and duties.
Foreclosure and Debt Records, notices, accounting, claims, defenses, and options.
Kingdom Stewardship Capacity, allegiance, service, responsibility, and wise action.

You do not need to arrive with the answer. You need to arrive willing to examine the matter honestly.

Weekly Clarity Session
Day Every Sunday
Time 6:00 PM Mountain Time
Location Live on Telegram
Cost Free to Attend
Clarity does not always make the matter easy.

It makes the matter visible. Once the relationships, claims, facts, assumptions, duties, and missing information can be seen, wiser action becomes possible.

Private Strategy Sessions

Some Matters Need More Than a Group Conversation.

A private consultation gives us time to examine your particular facts, documents, relationships, objectives, and unanswered questions without rushing to conclusions.

You are not purchasing someone else’s answer.

You are reserving focused time to examine the matter, identify what is known, expose what is assumed, map the relationships, and determine what information or action may be needed next.

The purpose is not to make you dependent upon BulletProof Solutions. The purpose is to help you understand the matter well enough to participate intelligently in your own decisions.

Clarity begins when the matter is slowed down enough to be seen.

What Happens in a Private Consultation?

Every consultation is shaped by the matter you bring, but the process ordinarily follows four disciplined stages.

1

Define the Matter

Identify the immediate issue, desired outcome, relevant history, and questions requiring examination.

2

Review the Record

Examine the documents, notices, agreements, timelines, claims, communications, and available evidence.

3

Map the Relationships

Identify the parties, capacities, interests, duties, authority, obligations, and competing claims.

4

Identify the Next Questions

Determine what remains unknown, what options deserve further examination, and what should happen next.

Consultation products and scheduling options will be connected to WooCommerce so you can choose the appropriate session and complete payment securely.

A BulletProof Solutions Institution

KOHTMS

Kingdom of Heaven Trust Management System

The Kingdom School of Jurisprudence Living Wisdom in Practical Administration

KOHTMS develops students who can examine difficult matters through Scripture, jurisprudence, disciplined inquiry, stewardship, legal writing, practical administration, and real-world application.

KOHTMS Tree of Life shield in the Kingdom School of Jurisprudence library

Learn to Think, Write, Administer, and Stand in the Proper Capacity.

KOHTMS is not designed to create passive students who merely memorize conclusions. It is designed to form disciplined stewards who can identify relationships, examine claims, understand capacity, test authority, write clearly, and respond wisely when brought before the institutions and magistrates of the nations.

1

Know Whose You Are

Begin with allegiance, identity, stewardship, calling, and the authority of the One who sends His servants into the world.

2

Understand Capacity

Distinguish the capacities of steward, trustee, ambassador, witness, servant, neighbor, beneficiary, administrator, and representative.

3

Examine Every Claimed Authority

Ask who is making the claim, against whom, over what subject matter, through what relationship, in what capacity, and under what asserted authority.

4

Apply Wisdom in the Real World

Move beyond theory through legal analysis, document review, practical administration, legal writing, disciplined response, and real-world application.

The purpose is not withdrawal from the world. It is faithful, intelligent, arm’s-length engagement without surrendering allegiance, identity, stewardship, or responsibility.

A School Built Around Formation and Application

Students move from foundational understanding into practical administration, legal analysis, legal writing, advanced jurisprudence, advocacy, and specialized areas of study.

01

Foundational Jurisprudence

Identity, allegiance, capacity, covenant, authority, stewardship, relationships, claims, duties, jurisdiction, and lawful engagement.

02

Practical Administration

Trust estate administration, business and commercial relationships, records, notices, correspondence, decision-making, stewardship, and documentation.

03

Advocacy and Legal Writing

Research, analysis, argument, notices, motions, memoranda, evidence, preservation of objections, moot court, and disciplined defense.

Not merely information. Formation in disciplined inquiry, practical stewardship, and Kingdom-centered jurisprudence.

Why BulletProof Solutions Exists

This Work Began With a Refusal to Remain Powerless.

BulletProof Solutions and KOHTMS grew from firsthand experience, decades of study, real business administration, and a conviction that people should be equipped to understand difficult matters for themselves.

I began studying law because injustice became personal.

My brother was sent to prison after being set up through corruption involving the grandson of a police chief and the police chief himself. I saw firsthand what happens when those entrusted with power misuse it and ordinary people do not know how to question the story, examine the evidence, or challenge the claimed authority.

I also grew up witnessing public officials, organized interests, and men with influence sitting at the same tables where government contracts, favors, and power were negotiated. Corruption was not a theory to me. It was something I had seen.

I began learning because I never wanted someone I cared about to face that kind of system without the ability to understand what was happening and respond intelligently.

The purpose was never to collect information. It was to become capable of seeing clearly when the story being told did not match the facts.

Study Became Experience. Experience Became a Method.

Over time, the work expanded beyond law into business, finance, trusts, commerce, administration, stewardship, history, Scripture, legal writing, and the practical examination of real-world problems.

40 Years

Nearly Four Decades of Study

A structured process for defining the matter, separating facts from assumptions, mapping relationships, examining claims, and developing a clearer strategy.

KJ

KOHTMS and Kingdom Jurisprudence

An educational institution created to form disciplined stewards capable of practical administration, legal reasoning, writing, and faithful engagement.

The goal is not dependence. The goal is to help people become capable of asking better questions, examining claims, understanding relationships, and participating intelligently in their own decisions.

What Everything Here Is Built Upon

BulletProof Solutions is not built around quick answers, fear-based marketing, secret phrases, or dependency upon personalities.

01

Truth Before Convenience

We do not shape facts to fit a preferred conclusion. We examine the record, identify what can be established, and refuse to bear false witness merely because a claim is popular.

02

Understanding Before Action

We slow the matter down before reacting. Relationships, capacities, duties, evidence, authority, assumptions, and objectives must be understood before a strategy can be trusted.

03

Formation Before Dependence

The measure of success is not how often someone must return for an answer. It is whether they become more capable of thinking, researching, writing, administering, and responding for themselves.

BulletProof Solutions Exists to Help People See the Matter More Clearly.

Whether you begin through a free Clarity Session, private strategic work, a course, membership, or KOHTMS, the purpose remains the same: better questions, clearer relationships, wiser decisions, and more capable stewardship.

The BulletProof Journal

Ideas Worth Examining. Questions Worth Asking.

The BulletProof Journal is the public research and publication center for articles exploring Kingdom Jurisprudence, trust-estate administration, equity, commerce, authority, stewardship, legal relationships, disciplined inquiry, and living set apart.

We do not publish merely to announce conclusions. We publish to examine the relationships, facts, claims, authority, duties, evidence, and assumptions beneath them.

Who Is Administering Your Estate?

Ownership, authority, registration, possession, and administration are related concepts, but they are not identical. This publication examines the source of authority behind every act of administration.

02

Stewardship vs. Ownership

A world focused upon control often treats possession as the highest claim. Stewardship asks a different question: What responsibility accompanies the property, authority, knowledge, and relationships entrusted to our care?

01

Kingdom Jurisprudence

02

★★★★★

“I’ve been down the rabbit hole for years—reading forums, watching videos, and even working with a couple of those ‘irrevocable trust’ templates found online. Everything either fell apart quickly or left me worried that I had accidentally tied myself back into the system somehow.

This course doesn’t just throw documents at you. It forces you to begin with the why: What is the purpose? Where does the authority come from? How do you keep everything properly separated so the structure does not collapse?

The Kingdom of Heaven structure, with layered trusts at the covenant, management, and pass-through levels, began to make sense once it was explained slowly and clearly. The ninety-day reconveyance process clicked for me in a major way.

The training on posture was also huge. I used to ramble and over-explain when dealing with banks and other institutions. Learning when to speak, when to create a record and remain silent, and when not to personalize the matter changed how I handle these situations.

The lessons are not rushed, and the homework makes you build as you go. If you have been circling this material and want something that provides operational understanding instead of theory, this course is legitimate. No fluff—just results.”

Establishing Your Trust Estate

★★★★★

“I have been working through the course material for quite some time, and even more intensely lately. There are some very important concepts here that deserve careful study rather than simply rushing through the lessons.

Most recently I reviewed all of the principles presented throughout the 71 lessons, but I still have a great deal of cross-reference study to complete. Even though my progress bar shows a low percentage of completion, I deliberately avoid clicking the ‘Next’ button until I have fully understood what I’ve already covered. I find myself returning to the material again and again to grasp points I may have overlooked.

It is remarkable that our instructor possesses such a broad depth of knowledge across so many important areas of study. He makes himself available for discussion, is patient in answering questions during our online meetings, and takes the time to explain difficult concepts clearly.

Both courses have been excellent. In addition to this course, I am also working through Establishing Your Trust Estate at the same careful pace. Thank you for everything you have provided for all of us.”

You Do Not Need to Know the Entire Answer Before You Begin.

Start by identifying where you are, what you are trying to understand, and the kind of help or education most appropriate to the matter before you.

Begin With the Matter

What are you trying to understand, decide, administer, preserve, or accomplish?

A Clear Beginning Does Not Require a Perfect Explanation.

Before choosing a course, private session, membership, or community, begin by thinking through a few foundational questions.

What happened? Describe the matter in ordinary language before attaching legal, commercial, or administrative conclusions to it.
Who is involved? Identify the people, institutions, trusts, businesses, offices, and other parties connected to the matter.
What is the immediate objective? Clarify what you are seeking to understand, preserve, prevent, decide, establish, or accomplish.
What records exist? Identify the documents, communications, agreements, notices, timelines, accounting, or evidence presently available.

Frequently Asked Questions

Understand the Relationship Before You Begin.

These answers explain the differences between free Clarity Sessions, private strategic work, courses, membership, KOHTMS, archives, and the educational resources available through BulletProof Solutions.

Clarity Sessions and Private Work

The free weekly Clarity Sessions are guided public discussions using the BulletProof Framework of Disciplined Inquiry. A matter is slowed down so participants can identify facts, assumptions, relationships, capacities, claims, authority, duties, evidence, objectives, and unanswered questions.

The public sessions are educational and community-based. They do not replace focused private examination when confidentiality, extensive documents, or sustained attention are required.

A Private Clarity Session focuses upon one significant matter, decision, question, or set of connected documents. The session is structured around defining the matter, organizing the record, mapping relationships, examining competing claims, and developing a clearer path forward.

The current Private Clarity Session is 90 minutes for $395.

The Executive Clarity Intensive is a three-hour strategic examination designed for complex matters involving multiple parties, documents, claims, businesses, trusts, estates, timelines, or administrative decisions.

The current investment is $895.

Yes. When a participant enrolls in an eligible flagship course within thirty days of completing the Private Clarity Session, the full $395 session fee may be credited toward the eligible course tuition.

Services, Documents, and Expectations

BulletProof Solutions and KOHTMS are educational, research, administrative, and strategic institutions. Their central purpose is disciplined inquiry, education, document examination, administration, writing, and practical stewardship.

The nature of any specific engagement should be understood before work begins so the participant knows whether the relationship is educational, administrative, strategic, publishing-related, or connected to another defined service.

Document review, educational drafting exercises, templates, administrative systems, and writing support may be available depending upon the program or engagement.

Private document preparation is not automatically included in membership, Clarity Sessions, or course enrollment. The scope must be separately defined before any document work begins.

Yes, when advance document review is included or separately arranged. The final intake and scheduling system will identify what may be submitted, applicable limits, preferred formats, and whether additional review time is required.

Begin with the free Clarity Sessions when you want to experience the framework publicly. Choose a Private Clarity Session when the matter requires focused attention. Choose a course when you need structured education. Add membership when you want archives, continuing resources, live gatherings, and student support.
